LOW COST CUSTOMS

If what you are looking for in a custom rod is to simply get a quality rod made for less that what you would pay at any retail outlet I can do it. The ONLY reason I make these rods is so that poeple who desire a state of the art rod but can't afford them will be able to. I don't make "cheap" rods, only high quality, low cost ones. I have a flat pricing for these rods. Here is how it works:

RETAIL PRICE OF COMPONENTS + $2/GUIDE + SHIPPING

This is based on single foot guides and stripping guides. 9' rods require 10 guides. Add $2 per guide for double foot guides. I build on all blanks that are commercially available. I can get most wholesale. If I can't get what you want wholesale there will be extra charges.

Because of the low cost nature of these rods they do not qualify for any other specials or discounts. If you want any components other than what I have listed you will need to use my other contact form here.

If these are still too expensive try Wal-Mart, Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's, K-Mart or your local sporting goods store for a made in China rod with no warranty. You will get a decent rod at a good price that will look nice but you will be sending your money to China and your rod will not be taylored to your needs and you will not get the same quality rod.
