With their
Appalachain Travel series Lamiglas came up with one of the nicest small
stream rods available. I have done some work to improve this rod by
adding some new gorgeous hardware. Lamiglas rates the action on these
rods as
moderate but others would rate them as moderate-fast. This means extra
backbone for pulling a fish out from under a log. Designed for
mastering casts in the 10-30' range this little 5 wt is one of the
nicest small stream rods you will ever find at any price!
